Navigating a subdivided section without drive on access, the Mornington Passive House design has been designed and thermally modelled to meet both the Passive House standard and Homestar 9. It is an exercise in both stringent performance constraints and complex site restrictions. The young families brief however was simple, Low maintenance, occupant health and capitalisation on the views gifted by the elevated site.
