Occupant health and comfort are top priority in this brief, designed to ensure multi-generational functionality and engagement with an internal lift, independently conditioned spaces and wheelchair accessible layout to future proof the home. Intimate spaces throughout the home are designed to accommodate the clients extensive book collection and pair with windows specifically oriented for sky gazing.
